Refund policy

For our tangible materials (totes, cards), our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. Once you are outside the 15-day window, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition of which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the transaction to take place. Also, kindly note that bank transaction times vary. Holiday and bank closures also increase transaction time.

Return Exemptions
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

- Printables (and any other downloadable item) are not eligible for a refund or exchange in any way.

- Any customized project/item is not eligible for return.


Please Note
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are unable to track your shipped return package. Because of this, we always recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the arrival of your return.
